General Terms and Conditions of the Allianz GAA Fixture Service on the Allianzleagues.ie website.
GENERAL Allianz plc ("Allianz") of Allianz House, Elmpark,
Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland , is the owner of this website and application.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT Your use of this Website's services is an
acknowledgement and acceptance by you that you have read and understood all
disclaimers, notices and instructions, including these Terms and Conditions,
Data Protection policy and Terms of Business as set out or referred to in this
Website. By using this websiteyou agree to be legally bound by and act strictly
in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and by all other applicable
provisions. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions and/or with any
other of the applicable provisions, you are not permitted to, and agree not to,
use this website.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY This Website provides a fixture and results
service for personal use only. This website must not be used for the creation or
transmission of any other data and information relating to Allianz products and
must not be used for any commercial purposes. Inappropriate use may be subject
to legal action. Use of this website for any purpose other than the
aforementioned private, non-commercial purposes is prohibited. In particular,
use of any automated system or software to extract any information, data,
materials, and concepts from this website for display on any other website
("screen scraping") is prohibited.
SMS Fixture Reminder Service. This service requires you to enter your
mobile phone number to request reminders via text message to your mobile phone
of the upcoming Allianz GAA National League fixtures you have requested. The
mobile phone number you enter should be your own. No other mobile phone number
should be entered into the service. Reminders are sent within 24 hours of the
match being played. Match details can change and such reminders should not be
relied upon. All details of matches should be verified on the day through other
sources.
SMS Results Reminder service. Once subscribed to the
SMS Fixture Reminder Service, SMS messages will be sent out with the
results of the games that you have requested. Results
are sent out after a match is played. There is no time constraint as to when
results SMS messages will be sent. However, we endeavor to provide them within 3
hours after the match in question.
All results are provisional and may be subject to change.
Fixtures online. Online fixtures will be displayed on the website.
These fixtures will be updated at Allianz's discretion. Fixtures are not
finalised and may be subject to change. Fixtures can
change and should not be relied upon. All details of matches should be verified
on the day through other sources.
Results Online. Results will be displayed on the website. There is no time constraint
as to when results will be posted. However, we endeavor to provide them within 3
hours after the match in question.
All results are provisional and may be subject to change.
Insurance Renewal reminder service This is an additional service for users when using
the SMS Fixture Reminder Service. It allows users to
enter a renewal date for any home or motor insurance policy they have. A SMS
message will be sent out by Us to you before the policy date entered is up for
renewal. This service should not be relied on as your renewal reminder. Allianz
accepts no responsibility for failure, delay or problem in sending SMS messages.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS We reserve the right to change the Terms and
Conditions and/or policies regarding the use of this Website at any time and to
notify you by posting updated versions of the Terms and Conditions and/or
policies on the Website.
GENERAL We shall not be liable for any failure to perform
any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances
beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure
incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms
and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless
acknowledged and agreed by us in writing. The section titles in the Terms and
Conditions are used solely for convenience of reference and have no legal or
contractual significance.

any failure, delay or problem in the use of, or communication through this
Website, and/or via SMS message; it being accepted by you that such use and
communication may be subject to errors and delays which may be difficult to
identify and to rectify. This Website and its services have been introduced for
the convenience of potential customers but the usual reservations in relation to
an evolving and developing technology apply. Therefore, reasonable common sense

charge may be applied by your mobile provider for accessing the
allianzleagues.ie website and/or downloading the widget through the Internet
application on your Smart Phone.
Note Re Northern Ireland Users: Any text you send to 50123(ROI) or 81108(NI) will be charged at your standard SMS
rate. However any SMS you receive from us will be free of charge to you.

members of the Allianz Group, and with any intermediary acting for you,
information We hold about you.
RETENTION: We will not retain your data for longer than is
necessary for the purposes for which it is obtained. Data will be obtained and
held for the purpose outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Data will be held for
each league campaign year. We will
retain data from unsubscribed users or if the service ceases, for a period of 1
year, after which the data will be deleted. If unsubscribed, you may then
subscribe to the service again subject to the service still being available.

use of this Website, you consent to all of your information being used,
processed, disclosed and retained as set in this document.

fixture service. To unsubscribe from receiving Direct Marketing, text OPTOUT to
50123(ROI) or to 81108(NI). Unsubscribing from Direct Marketing will also cease
your subscription for the GAA Fixtures League 'remind me' service and the
optional insurance renewal reminder.
